Do you have a showroom onsite at your factory and do you sell directly to the public?
We are a manufacturer that supply independent fireplace showrooms and our premises in Wakefield is a factory site with no retail outlet. We do not sell directly to the public.

Where can I view & purchase your products?
We supply retail outlets in every area of mainland UK. If you would like to email your postal code, we can guide you to your nearest stockist.

Where can I obtain a brochure?
If you would like to email your address over, we can post a brochure out to you but the best place to browse our products is on our website.

Are your products made in the UK?
All our products are manufactured by skilled joiners at our premises in Wakefield.

Do you supply colour samples?
All our Approved Stockists have sample boards in their showrooms. They will be able to aid you in the selection of your desired finish.

Do you do offer a colour match service?
Yes, if you are able to send us a small sample of the colour you require, we will endeavour to match it as closely as we can.

Do you offer bespoke sizes and made to measure?
Yes, this is a very popular service that we provide. Please contact your nearest Approved Stockist for sizing information or to arrange a survey.

Do you carry stock of your products?
We carry limited amounts of stock items. The majority of fireplaces are manufactured to order. We offer over 100 products in up to 25 different finishes, as well as our made to measure service, making it impossible to stock every item.

How long does it take to manufacture a mantel?
Our standard lead times are 10 -14 working days from order placement.
